We had a small window between selling our home and relocating from out of state and trying to hit the ground running in Colorado and Kim went above and beyond to help us get into a great house and even helping to get our home ready for us to just walk into and unpack. She is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable of the Denver area market. She can even remain pleasant while going to many showings with a couple energetic kids in tow. Deciding to work with Kim on the sale of my home was the best decision I could have made. Thanks to her hard work, recommendations on prepping the house and marketing, we received $75k over ask in the first weekend with multiple offers! Kim is an amazing realtor. She's punctual, intelligent, strategic, great communicator and overall approachable and friendly. She answered all my questions (nearly immediately) whenever they arose throughout the entire home buying process.
