Drawn to the Centennial State for all its outdoor opportunities, Kim quickly fell in love with the city of Denver, its history and unique character. Kim has developed extensive knowledge of central Denver and suburbs over the past 14 years and watched as Denver has transformed into the thriving, diverse city it is today.
With a background working in the healthcare for over a decade, Kim loves helping people and works tirelessly for her clients. She has an excellent pulse on the market and thrives on creating strategies for buyers and sellers to achieve their unique goals. Kim is extremely detail-oriented, trustworthy and passionate about being an advocate for her clients.
Kim also loves educating and helping people build wealth through real estate. As an investor herself, she knows how to analyze the investment potential of properties and guide her investor clients in the nuances of their investment purchase, ROI analysis and property management. She has a portfolio of short, long and medium-term rentals and has done extensive rehab on older properties in central Denver, making her an excellent resource for a variety of real estate investment strategies.
Kim resides in the Mayfair neighborhood in central Denver. She enjoys exploring the Colorado mountains by foot, bike and ski; playing tennis; traveling; spending time with her fiancée and dogs and finding all the great patios around Denver to enjoy the 300+ days of Colorado sun.
